Mel King and Faye Asano of Big Blue specialize in shipwreck and ancient coins that appeal to first time buyers, and serious collectors who are searching for rare pieces of history. Should you wish to wear a piece of history, Faye designs beautiful pendants, rings and bracelets in 18K, 14K or sterling silver.In business since 1989, Big Blue stands behind everything it sells and provides certificates of authenticity. They also specialize in Spanish Colonial coins and shipwreck-recovered artifacts and are recognized experts in the field, for example, Mel recently shared his knowledge of a particular shipwreck on the History Channel’s “Pawn Stars.” Big Blue shows both at The Compound and at the Big Red Barn.

PENSIERI DESIGN Jody Hays, owner, is always on the hunt for all things unique and beautiful for home and garden for her clients. She specializes in antique and vintage textiles, custom-designed pillows, fine, vintage & primitive art, accessories, and furniture. She especially enjoys finding something unique and wonderful. BURNS ANTIK HAUS
After living in Europe and making connections in the antique world, Julie established her business in her hometown of Beaumont, TX in 2004. She has a great design eye and her signature is French Country furniture, garden, on-trend antique and vintage accessories, and objects d’arte. Offering a compelling mix of antique furniture and accessories, with a focus on English countryside furniture. TROPICAL TAPESTRIES
Accomplished Impressionist painter, Helli Luck, with a group of artists from France, produce these large scale limited edition prints from their original pieces of artwork.
All works are printed on recycled paper, and antiquing glazes are hand applied. The paper is then distressed and crumpled, rendering these contemporary works of art the elegant illusion of depth and age.

COLETTE COSENTINO | PETER HORJUS – FINE ART
Step into an enchanting world of artistic synergy as artist couple Colette Cosentino-Horjus and Peter Horjus introduce their newest works at The Compound.

Colette Cosentino’s artistic vision is deeply rooted in her appreciation for vintage aesthetics and the wonders of nature. Expansive canvases, backdrops, and meticulously hand-painted wallcoverings reflect reverence for the past, intertwined with a passion for the present. A luminary in the realm of wallpaper design, her collaboration with Schumacher has yielded a collection of mural-like marvels for redefining interior spaces. Next spring, her latest collection of paintings will be unveiled, entitled “Memory,” She describes this series as “a poignant exploration of beauty and melancholy encapsulated within the recesses of our minds.”  During the Round Top Show she exhibits canvases in all sizes, and paintings inspired by rural farm life and memories of the sea.

Peter Horjus brings paintings that resonate with vibrant graphic, textured imagery, and a palette of captivating hues. His work is informed by an award-winning background as an editorial and commercial graphic designer working for such clients as Coca-Cola, Disney, The New York Times and Wall Street Journal.

In his art, Peter has a fondness for simple imagery, interesting typography while using a variety of illustrative techniques and textural styles. His latest series of paintings feature cowboys, cowgirls, and quintessential Western imagery. Whether on the road or in his studio/gallery in Santa Barbara, he is an avid daily painter, creating spontaneous, yet deliberate and engaging works of art from his personal observations, passions and artistic experimentations. Hailing from Florida, Sheila brings a keen sense of style to the show…with an Italian twist. Her decor is carefully curated and classic.

PASCAL HOME In his large showroom in the Stables Barn, Pascal Bevillard features a wide variety of furnishings and furniture pieces, some with a vibe that marries old and rustic in a way that is new and decidedly contemporary; others streamlined and polished. Alan Vogt began traveling to South America in 2012, discovering beautiful handicrafts throughout the continent. He brings to market the best quality and unique products these countries have to offer…primarily hand-crafted and purchased directly from the artisans. Manos also carries a fine line of Fair Trade water buffalo jewelry, handcrafted in Vietnam’s Thuy Ung village, known for its exceptional artwork. Kathleen Morris of Provence Antiques specializes in a wide array of European antiques from the Continent and also Great Britain. Her interest began and her quest for quality pieces followed when based overseas with the Military. Her furniture selections and ‘smalls’ are delightful and she has a penchant for collecting really interesting bamboo pieces. All so lovely.

KNEADED FASHION
Jen Taillefumier of Kneaded Fashion transforms vintage military shirts and jackets into wearable works of art …. incorporating iconic, vintage French Designer Scarves, among other embellishments. Each piece is unique and sure to become a treasured addition to anyone’s wardrobe!

Susan Kuehler and Mike McCathern are a foodie-savvy team providing delectable fresh soups, and sandwich offerings, garden salads, paninis, tasty snacks and more. Susan’s home made desserts are always hard to resist, as well. Mike operates the cocktail bar either in the Gazebo or in the Peck barn (depending on the show). He always has a specialty drink to try. This past show it was his Cucumber Mule. Delicious!
